D'RICAS General Contractor is one of the pioneering Area Maintenance Contractor, being in this kind of business for more than forty (40) years. We first, then known as CDR Gen. Contractor, handled the pump breakdown maintenance for San Juan and Quezon City during the 60's. In the 70's (1970-1978), as PM labor contractor, we handled pump maintenance of various outlets in the provinces of Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga and Tarlac.

In the 80's when Petrophil Corporation introduced the all-in contract for its area maintenance, we were assigned to handle San Juan and Quezon City, until in 1986 our area expanded to include Makati, Mandaluyong and Rizal Province.

During the 90's, our company now known as D'Ricas General Contractor continued to do maintenance work for about 70% of service station in Metro Manila and the entire province of Rizal. In 1998 we ventured in the south and become one of the first all-in, three years area maintenance contractor for the provinces of Cebu and Negros Occidental.

Presently D'RICAS General Contractor handles maintenance for south and central mega metro in Luzon consisted of thirteen towns and cities of Metro Manila and the provinces of Rizal, Laguna and Cavite. In Visayas our area coverage includes Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental and Syquijor. While our Manila based office concentrates on repair and maintenance works, our Cebu branch office participates and undertakes service station rehabilitation, construction and retrofitting including bulk plant engineering works. This year the maintenance of Bacolod bulk plant, and LPG tank filling of Mandaue Bulk plant were awarded to us.
